On getting into Grant Morrison...

So a few years ago, I read All Star Superman and really enjoyed it. I'm more of a literature guy (particularly postmodern stuff), but am quite fond of a few comics (Hellboy, Sandman, the Incal, and some Allan Moore stuff to name a few). I also strongly dislike a few others (Frank Miller and Mark Millar, in particular). This brings me to my point, I guess. I'd love to read more Morrison, but his bibliography seems both divisive and sprawling. Would it be smart to invest in the Invisibles omnibus blind? Should I try to sort through one of his superhero runs instead? Is there even a correct answer? I'm overwhelmed. Cheers.
