Tips for grinding for Penance Pet?

So, I'm grinding for Penance Pet in BA. I've never gotten a pet before but now since I'm level five in all roles all I'm doing is high gambles. I was wondering:

Are there any dedicated teams that are grinding pet/points? Where could I find them?

Are there any tips that you would give someone who was grinding for penance pet?

Also if anyone is also grinding for pet feel free to PM me or post your username and I'll hit you up.

Thanks!
