Rubberbanding problem!

Is anyone else experiencing tons of Rubberbanding lately or does anyone have a solution i have tried everything i can. I am playing on Flash projector, my internet is not the Problem and i have turned the graphics down as much as i could. I am really frustrated and would apreciate anything that can help me.
