No code for survey

So I did a $4 survey and somehow I either missed the code or there wasn't one. It was a pretty long survey and not sure how that happened.

I sent the requester a message about it and also reported it for not being able to submit.

I saved a PDF of the last page, there's no next button or anything. I also copied the URL.

Wondering if anyone else has had success with getting credit even though you didn't get a code or if there's anything else I can do besides report and message.
