Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

As the title suggests I can no longer achieve core clock speeds that I was once able to(low 1400's) after I changed my power supply, mother board and case.

I'm currently stuck in the low 1200's and hit the GPU power limit there.

I've switched out wires, tried different sockets of the power supply, updated driver software, but to no avail.

Thermals are low 60's with no fan curve at 1177 mhz. So I don't think it's thermals.

Any other ideas?
