Are the signs & tokens or true order of prayer ever mentioned in the Bible?

It's common knowledge that what goes on in the temple is sacred and should not be discussed outside them temple. Although I hear many Mormons talk about the broader things that go on inside the temple such as the various signs & tokens or true order of prayer without getting too specific.

I remember during the endowment movie that Peter, James & John came down in their true character and gave Adam and His posterity the signs & tokens and showed them the true order of prayer. These signs and tokens are key to us being able to make it back to Gods presence and enter into the CK. Also the true order in which we are to pray saying pay le ale then holding each other around the circle in the patriarchal grip while repeating the prayer. I assume Adam and his posterity talked about these things and performed them oft. In the Bible; Genesis it discusses the creation and the garden however, I am having a hard time finding at least a broad description of the temple ordinances. Am I not looking hard enough?
