[Question] On Omegas do you prefer the waved pattern on the face or the smooth gloss face?

Seen a lot of people on both sides of this and in the end it's a matter of preference. My mate hates it to the point he'll probably start branding a crucifix and wearing garlic to ward it off. While I do like the smooth face a lot the waved pattern adds some substance to the watch face.
