Painful sores/tears inside my foreskin (18m)

I am an 18 year old white uncircumcised male, about 150 lbs. Within the past week and a half, I noticed some pain when urinating and pulling back my foreskin is extremely painful. On further inspection, I noticed some red cuts or sores on the inside of my foreskin (no visible signs on the outside). There are very small (paper cut sized but far less 'clean' and very shallow) and they sting. They do bleed slightly sometimes. I was hoping they would go away and so I haven't done much about it, but they don't seem to be healing.

I had sex for the first time a couple of weeks ago (not sure exact date but around a month), but although there was a little pain during sex these symptoms did not manifest until fairly recently -- almost as soon as I moved into my college dorm room (in FL, if that matters). It was unprotected, and yes, I do realize how stupid that was. I am currently otherwise completely healthy as far as I know.

Is this a sign of an STD? How can I treat it? Is Neosporin OK for that area? Should I go to a doctor?
