Any good independent cafes/coffeehouses in St. Albert?

I'm new to the St. Albert area and was wondering if there's a nice independently owned cafe/coffeehouse in town? Or are my best bets Second Cup/Starbucks? I need to get some writing done and it's easier to do it if I leave my house (less distractions!). Thanks!
