So I just figured out that Docker Cloud is pretty much broken. What should I use instead?

I recently had to upgrade my Docker Cloud nodes to 1.11 and then everything pretty much broke due to bugs in the embedded DNS. From the issue threads, they aren't going to fix the problems in 1.11 and they don't have a projected release date for 1.12 for Cloud, and I'm not totally convinced they'll be able to fix all of the problems, so...

This doesn't sit well with me and it doesn't bode well for the future. What should I use to replace Docker Cloud for orchestration?

edit: should have mentioned I need something with good support for Azure.
