So I Just got Arkham Knight... [Problems]

OK, so I've gone ahead and gotten Batman Arkham Knight like a dumbass. Apparently it runs good now, except it hasn't been for me. Before I grab my refund, I wanna make sure I'm not just an idiot.

My setup is a gaming laptop.

GPU: Geforce GTX 860M

CPU: Intel i7

Memory: 8 GB RAM

I don't think I've left anything out. So on to the problem. After installing the game, I started getting black screens whenever I'd start the game. But not a flat black screen. I'd hear all the audio and the screen would kind of blink between a lighter black and a darker black. So I assumed it must be a problem with full screen mode. WELL. I went into the files and changed it to borderless window, and I got this abomination.

The menu is definitely there, I'm clicking around and even managed to select a save file blindly I believe. However I can't see ANYTHING. I can just hear EVERYTHING. I'm so incredibly annoyed and confused, but before I get a refund I want to see if I'm just an idiot. Which I probably am.
