Gul'dan's Demonic Circle

Is it possible to change the properties of this level 20 talent to when it is put on a place and later on used/we die etc. you don't have to re-apply new location (I mean, if I want to do so, I'm gonna do it myself and till now I want it be where I left it...).

It's annoying, becuse I often forget to do it after every usage - like in a crazy team fight of which I just got out, or watching map while waiting my hp to regen at base, following how the brawl is going, pinging or giving pice info to team mates and so on. My attention is usually occupied with the overall flow of the game, so when I do realize I did forget to freaking put the circle it's already too late. I think you can imagine in my last moments before I die towards whom my insutling salty banter goes :) (yes, I'm sure some people would say it's your own fault, but let's be honest - Demonic Circle is not very intuitive the way it works now).
