It may have been a r/bestof pointing to a comment in r/dataisbeautiful. It had a long list of data on how many, even the majority of scientific research and finding were fabricated, false, or faulty.

Some comments below talked about how much of a shame it was that many researchers had to "publish" or die/starve/make money or something like that.
