It feels like Taliyah is absolutely cursed with awful decision making. Let's check the timeline.

• Taliyah released
• People are maxing E. Holy shit. Stop the press. Nerf E, Buff Q wave clear.
• Taliyah W change, the dev later admitted smart cast was sub optimal.
• Taliyah wave shove and roam too strong. Let's nerf Ult instead of wave clear on Q. Fuck E, nerf.
• Taliyah getting picked too much in competitive because of her wave clear. Nerf Q and because FUCK people who like her E, let's nerf that shit too.

Seriously. What is going on?

First you don't want us to max her E so you wreck her kit, then you buff Q to force us to max it even more.

THEN. When her Q is overtuned as hell you keep nerfng the rest of her kit.
