Diev/Monk?

Previously, I had tried to incorporate Taoist into my Diev C3 build but only to realise in the end that it would have been a bad decision due to Taoist's skill increasing 500% dmg to lightning skills.

So I've been thinking of an alternative, which is C2 Cleric C3 Diev and C2 monk. I assume the best choice for r8 would be inquisitor.

Does anyone know how to build this specifically in terms of stats and items and how does this play out in the End Game content?
