Terrible Performance even with good pc?

Hey guys,

I dont know what to do anymore. Since the prepatch ( and now with the new areas in legion ) I noticed I have extremely bad performance. I'm currently in Aszuna and I get drops to 30fps in the first quest hub area... And I dont know why. I dont think its my PC, but maybe you guys know more? I have everything on Max but no renderscale/AA enabled.. Here are my specs:

I5 6600k @ 4,3ghz gtx 980ti 16gigs of ram

Game is on an ssd. I asked in general chat if people had similiar problems with performance, but they didnt respond.. Maybe u guys can tell me if its the game or if theres something wrong with my pc? I have the newest drivers etc..
