[TOMT][PS1-GAME] main character looks like a buff version of Gordon freeman without glasses

First level is in dark building, the dudes you kill are little blue Swole dudes and their are some monsters that a big muscular (they're not blue, they're brownish with leather pants) and they have pipes. You can punch vending machines for sodas that replenish health. You use your fist,a police baton, or a gun sometimes I think.

The cinematic of the game is the main character sitting in a sphere/ring thing and he gets an injection in the neck.

Level starts off in a snow area
