Feature Suggestion: Show Hero Pool

In my experience captains take very little consideration to their teammates' hero pools. Even when they do it's very difficult for 4 people to convey that information in the allotted amount of time, and almost impossible to make a plan around it. I suggest that players be able to tag heroes that they can play/play well with and that the captain would be able to see these tags by simply clicking on their teammates portrait at the top of the screen. This would greatly improve captains mode, especially for those of us that play in regions where there is a serious language barrier. (EU West/East, and US West/East).
