[Looking for advice] OPP for primary partner(s)

Hi r/polyamory! I'm a 25 y.o. heterosexual man who would like to arrange a happy and consensual poly setting for all the engaged individuals. I want to try a closed triad (me + bisexual ladies), or have 1-2 primary partners plus 1 or more secondary ones. The only condition is that my primary partner(s) should adhere to the one penis policy, while secondary partners not necessary. Please note that my motivation is a strong personal preference based in various complex factors, not an internalized misogyny or unconscious bias grounded in patriarchy. I believe that there are various settings suitable for people with different needs, priorities and temperaments, and we should acknowledge the diversity of interpersonal dynamics rather than use stereotyping labels or give generic recommendations. While it's hard to prove it in a Reddit post, I have always cared about the emotional and sexual well-being of my SOs, and I want to continue to do so while becoming open to polyamory with this one principle. My questions:

  1. How should I start my attempts to build the kind of relationship models I have described?

  2. I feel that people consensually incorporating OPP/OVP are often stigmatized, accused of misogyny/misandry and "shadowbanned" within the poly communities, no matter how complex and well-thought reasons are. How can we find our place "in the tribe" and enjoy its warm, supportive character?
