I have one night to camp in Maine. Where do I go??

I have two days and one night to camp anywhere in Maine. I know it's not a lot of time but how can I make the absolute best of it? I can backpack in or car camp and I prefer to spend the days trail running or swimming. Maybe some easy mountain biking thrown in. Any ideas?
