there is a no gary zone next door...[NSFW b/c of language]

NSFW

So we just moved into a new office building, and they told us the office next door is only in use three nights a week, otherwise it's quiet.

Holy shit it's not quiet there right now.

It's supposed to be an exercise place with ellipticals and stationary bikes, and they're just standing around barking politics with fun music going on behind them.

But they're forty feet away, on the other side of a concrete wall, and I can hear them as if they're beside me. It's like my Italian side of my family playing poker and smoking around a giant card table.

So far, they've discussed the following:

  • Deporting poor people to remove the weight on the rest of society.
  • How Bill Clinton shouldn't be permitted to live in the White House if Hillary wins because of how he's "defiled the office."
  • How America isn't ready for a woman President: "I'm saying that as a woman. We barely withstood a nigger President, so we definitely can't handle her!"
  • How they'd shoot Mexicans as they came across the border if they weren't so pleased with their yardwork being done so thoroughly. This was said with total sincerity and appreciation.
  • Millenials are, without exception, entitled people who would rather starve and live in depressed shame than work at McDonald's.
  • That Trump will be able to fund job creation himself, by spending his own money on hiring Americans directly, and using his influence to convince other wealthy people to do the same.
  • Hillary will orchestrate another 9/11 to improve her standing as a problem solver (I don't know what that means either).

Sometimes I'm glad some people don't know he exists. He might not be safe if they thought he was stealing their votes.

I try to tell myself that these people don't exist and that they're the minority, but they're also 5x as loud and aggressive as the majority.

EDIT: Is it illegal to record them? I don't think it's identifiable who they are, and it's not being used for a legal case. I'm in Florida. It's illegal. Thanks, u/aschsr.
