Does SDS actually care...
By nature, I am not a cynical person. I'm fairly optimistic and think the best of people.
Now, I'm new to gaming so it is entirely possible that I'm ignorant and if that's the case, I apologize...
But after playing MLB 15 and MLB 16... and following these boards for a while... it's fairly obvious the "bunt cheese", especially in Battle Royale is a problem. It's a problem in that it infuriates players and puts them in a position of feeling like they lost due to an exploit and not actual gameplay.
PS- I was 8-0 today when I lost on a Billy Hamilton bunt... with bunt defense on, my 2B "whiffed" on it and I lost. It was the angriest I had been in awhile...lol. That being said, it's video game, I get over it quickly.
But this type of thing was an absolutely broken issue in last year's game as we all know... and it IS better this year, but it remains a problem...
So I guess I'm wondering... as they're testing the game out, over and over, surely they must see that it remains an improved yet still incredibly flawed system.
In short, do they just not care?
I'd like to believe they do, but I've never heard of an acknowledgement from a dev that shows compassion or the fact that they "hear the community regarding bunting and are actively working on fixing it to bringing the best, truest experience to gameplay"
If I'm wrong, please point me in the right direction...
