anyone else notice a sever down turn in American grading the last couple of years ?

i swear the " choice " boxed beef ive been getting from the large packers has been getting more and more selecty over the years . but i swear its been getting so bad the last few years that i feel like im either getting ripped off at the district supplier level or the graders are taking bribes.

the last straw was this week every single " choice" box i received with the slaughterhouse label on them had ABSOLUTELY NO MARBLE and the color was almost pink . i tried to make my purchaser send them back but according to him the supplier told him " it's that or nothing cuz thats all thats available from house "

is anyone eles going through this or am i just the lucky one ?

P.S. sorry for the rant but i have to deal with this bullshit eveyday
