[Virginia] I found my name on a public records site stating I have been charged with possession of Marijuana

The story goes that I was charged with possession of Marijuana about 2 years ago. The case was dismissed on "Nolle prosequi". My lawyer told me the I could begin the process of either having it expunged or sealed around 6 months after the court date but I never had it done. I just recently searched my name and the website atlaspublicrecords.com popped up with a possession of marijuana charge. There's an option for them to remove it if it was dismissed, expunged or sealed but they require documentation. I have that but I'm wondering if it's a better idea to contact my lawyer regarding all of this and have him contact them and then to get started on the expungement?
