What do you think of this upgrade? PCI Express

###Build Help/Ready:

I'm looking to upgrade my video card, mostly for casual gaming. My current card is lagging out a bit. Minecraft, LOTRO, etc. Here's the motherboard I'm working with, which supports PCI Express 2.0 and 3.0:

This is my current video card: EVGA GTX 560Ti, 1GB 256 bit 2.0

I'm thinking about replacing with this

Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB

Do you see any conflicts? Can you recommend a better option, under $400? I prefer Nvidia components.

Thanks.
