Online Genealogy Courses

I'm considering signing up for an online genealogy courses through Family History Daily, but wondered if anyone here has already taken them? What I'm hoping to get out of this is how to locate more records and secondary sources and break down some brick walls. I already know the basics of searching Ancestry.com and Family Search, but need help finding what other tools (especially free ones) are out there. Have any of you found these helpful? Are there any other courses that you've taken that are worthwile?
