Wife picked up a random asus laptop (2 in 1) at best buy that has Windows 10. I only ever used Windows 7 my whole life. Trying to help her clean it up so its not so cluttered...
I've built my own computers for the past 15+ years but only ever used Windows 95/98/XP/Windows 7, so I am a complete novice with 10.
What are some ways I can slim down her windows 10 laptop and get it to more optimal performance without all the sluggishness? The computer she has is so alien to me. I am so used to windows 7 that I don't even know where to start with her thing. The damn thing is like a giant adroid phone.
I'm afraid of accidentally disabling or deleting something she might need, so I haven't done much at all to try and disable background programs. She complains it is already running slow and having problems.
