[USA-CA] [H] Local Cash, PayPal [W] GTX 980ti, GTX 1070, 1440p 144hz monitor, 4K monitor

Located in the Sacramento area

Looking for a 1070 around $400 or a 980ti for less than $375.

Stuck in between 1440p at 144hz or 4K at 60hz. I guess wherever the better deal is.

Prefer to do local but open to shipping as long as it's not crazy expensive
