[Request] A tweak that can connect you to the strongest wifi signal

I've searched the sub for a tweak and none have came up.

Basically this tweak would use your history of already known networks where there are multiple connections that you have already connected to and connect you to the strongest signal.

Cases where this would happen would be at the following :

*shopping mall

*school

*work

*home (if you have two separate WiFi)

*neighborhoods

If anyone could make this happen, great ! If any of you would like to give advice on what I would need to learn to develop something like this. Great !
