High Interest Saving Options

So for a while now I have had multiple accounts with Mango and Netspend that had 6% and 5% interest rates respectively. Unfortunately they are changing their rules to the point where those rates are not attainable on substantial amounts. Are there any other really high interest saving accounts available elsewhere?

At worst Mango still will net 2% which is better than just about anything else up to $5k per account (with 3$ monthly fee)
