Question about 'Sweetening the Pot'

I was thinking of getting some IEMs and saw this drop . If I joined the drop $20 + $6.50 shipping, which would lead to no import duties (my country allows up to $50 value), what would happen if I won the HD800s (I know the chances are low, but what if) which are valued at $1200?

Would Massdrop mark the package as $26.5 or $1200 and I would have to pay like $300 import duty?
