My front panel headphone port broke.

Hello. My front panel headphone port broke. My microphone port is fine. Its a windows machine. The case is a NZXT S340 ATX Windowed Mid-Tower Computer Case . It's a hardware probably. The metal piece broke the holds the cable in place. What should I do?
