I want Fox and Fox Sports, but am not interested in any other network/cable channels. Advice?

I am an avid UFC fan, and that is virtually the only thing I ever watch on the "cord." Otherwise, I subscribe to Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime, and those streaming services more than satisfy my viewing needs.

I live in NYC, and a large number of UFC events broadcast exclusively on Fox or Fox Sports 1 in my area (and Fox Sports 2 to a lesser extent). The UFC's streaming service (FightPass) has blackouts during these events.

I am interested in the cheapest way possible to watch these Fox channels, regardless of which other channels may be bundled with. It is also important that I be able to DVR or otherwise watch events after they air. As far as I know, I am limited to TimeWarner for internet service, to the extent that matters for bundling or otherwise.

If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
