Did your cancer symptoms emerge abruptly or did it develop from a very minor symptom to a gradually worse symptom?

Im asking this because I have honestly been ill for three months, and my all my symptoms emerged within a couple hours during the middle of the night at once. No problem or any symptoms prior.

Its been three months and I haven't gotten worse or better but doctors can't find whats wrong with me. Please help.
