How to view some files

Hey guys, I found some textbooks on libgen and torrented them, thinking the files would be PDFs since that is what I saw on the download page on the website. The files display code along the lines of:

Now, I am admittedly a noob when it comes to torrents, as I only know how to download them.

Can any of you guys give me any pointers when it comes to converting such a file, if possible?
