How should I warm up for FFXV?

Old time RPGer here. It's been a long time since I completed an RPG (FFVI three years ago and Xenogears three years before that), and I am very excited to get back into the genre, even if it has changed quite a bit with FFXV.

Question: what game should I casually play in anticipation for the delayed launch? The top of my list is as follows:

• FFX replay
• Wild Arms replay
