Touchscreen for Photoshop Graphic Work - Screen Size: 12"+ USA $600+

Total budget and country of purchase: I, like many, would like to spend less, not more. I can do a $1,400 machine, but put $600+ because I am uncertain whether some of the cheaper Lenovos, etc may work.

Do you prefer a 2 in 1 form factor, good battery life or best specifications to your requirements for the money? Pick or include any that apply. Most important is touch screen. I don't do a ton of drawing, just moving and combining graphics, text, etc. I would like to switch to a pen from a mouse and similar tools.

How important is weight to you? Not important.

Which OS do you require? Windows, Linux, Mac. I would like it to be Windows.

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. Only needs to be 12"+

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. If you have no requirements, put N/A. Some photo editing, but mainly moving/resizing graphic elements.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable business grade build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? Touch screen, works well with a pen.
