Should I tell my tenant that she is being catfished?
I run a self storage facility and a lot of our tenants come into the office to chat with us when getting into their units or paying rent. One of my tenants is a woman in her late 20s/early 30s and is pretty obviously mentally disabled in some way. She's very independent, has a job and her own place, etc.
The problem is the last few times she's been coming in she's been talking about her wonderful new boyfriend that she met online. I didn't really think anything of it at first and I gushed right along with her, she was so adorably excited. Then a few weeks ago she came in with a really fake looking ring on her finger and said she's engaged.
Then I saw his picture. He's a military man [30s?] with absolutely perfect looks and body. I don't want to sound mean, but objectively not the kind of guy who's going to be interested in a romantic relationship with a mentally impaired woman who is also objectively not that good looking. I know they've never met in person, spoken on the phone, or skyped, so she has not seen or heard him in any way. They exclusively chat online.
I know this person is fake, but I don't really know if it's my place to say anything. I don't know what friends or family she has around. Should I say something?
Tldr: one of my tenant's is being obviously catfished and I don't know if I should say anything.
