Looking for tips on getting my audio set up for audacity

Trying to minimize the noise of my keyboard, mouse clicks, and computer fan. Wondering what kind of tips people could give on just fixing these audio.

Also should i be turning up gain to get to a good recording volume or be adjusting it after in audacity?
