Need advice: the guy I just started dating be be an alcoholic

I'm an ACOA and I've been in a relationship with a recovering alcoholic but never an active one. Just started seeing this guy and we spend a lot of time together. He's had beer every single time. And not just one. I've told him my history and he says he wants me to say something if I have an issue but I don't know how to go about doing it. Anyone have some insight?
