Recommend me a Mic

I know theres bound to be thousands of threads of people asking to be recommended a mic and I've been searching trying to find something applicable and just haven't seen anything. so forgive me I'm beating this horse to death. Im in need of some wisdom. i have 1 mic for recording my guitar amp(a shure sm57, going into a scarlett 2i2, into my macbook, into logic. Im looking for any recommendations for a mic that i can set up in my room and record me speaking (from far away), singing, shuffling around etc. A mic for found sound percussion like pots and pans. Something i can take outside with me and record since my laptop can supply the power i need. My musical endeavor is pretty much experimental musical ambience. Many different instruments like pianos, autoharps, acoustic instruments like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if i need to provide any more info to help get myself in the right direction id be more than happy.
