"I'm coming" emote

I feel there should be an "I'm coming" emote to respond to people who say "I need healing!". "I'm coming" could fit into so many scenarios. I'm just very surprised that there isn't this emote in the game. Every game I play I always think an "I'm coming" emote would be really useful. So that's my opinion. I could've wrote more but I was in a hurry so this is what ya get :/
