What is 4 (base 10 representation) in base pi?

I'm not very well versed in math as most people here, but my friend was screwing with me and asked me this. Pi in base 10 is 3.1415926.... So how would you represent the 4 in pi without using the actual 4 (base 10 that is). I guess this also applies to any number greater than pi as well.

Sorry if this isn't worded very well, but it's the best I can explain it.
