Real Estate Questions

Hey guys i will be moving to london in december and I'm wondering if any of you know any real estate laws that london has. I'm from New Jersey and have my license to sell real estate here. What fo you guys think is it competitive out there? I'm looking to rent out apartments (flats?) not sell houses.
