Need help finding a Chromebook in the UK

I'm really struggling to find a Chromebook in the UK to suit my use case and was hoping someone here could help me.

I need a cheap laptop for use at university this year, must have at least 4GB of RAM and an Intel x86 processor as I plan on installing Ubuntu if ChromeOS isn't sufficient. Also I'd preferably want a 1080p display. I'm willing to pay up to £300.
