Next step after Large Nox? [M]

I'm finally able to fully take my large Nox without much effort and no discomfort. I'm also able to bottom out with my large Tentacle. I've been poking around the site and haven't really found what would be a good next step to keep increasing in size. Depth wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
