I love this track and I was wondering if anyone recognizes it and/or can help me find similar sounding scores.

I am searching for creative commons classical recordings to use for a short film and I was searching compositions by Japanese composers or those that had Japanese/Eastern influences. I came across a radio playlist on 8tracks based on the search term "Japanese Film Soundtrack." The first song that played was this:

I absolutely love it but I'm hard pressed to find any further information on the track. I am curious if this track sounds familiar to anyone. Lastly, if any of you wonderful people have recommendations for creative commons websites tailored specifically to classical music I'd love to hear your suggestions.

I thoroughly enjoy this sub and while I don't often participate I do appreciate all of the posts.
