Pc freezes on start up

Please help! ok so it started like 3 days ago out of nowhere, when i turn on my pc it freezes in the start up and im forced to shut it off the bad way (holding the power button) then it works the next try. I built this pc about a year ago and is running off windows 10. I would really love some help!
