MSP Training/Consulting?

I'm curious what options are out there for - more or less - an MSP consulting company. We're a small telco trying to branch out into managed services. We have a couple clients right now, but really want to start making some serious investments into the MSP side of the business. Being a small company we don't have dedicated sales guys. Our techs are our sales guys. This has gotten us by, but is really something we struggle with.

We're struggling to manage our time with new bids and audits while maintaining all of our existing responsibilities - it feels like it takes an eternity for us to put together a proposal (if we hit an unknown we usually spend a few days of research). I know there are things we could be doing better, but I don't know what other than our sales and onboarding processes don't feel smooth at all. We're using ConnectWise and Labtech currently. I know we aren't using these tools to their potential.

We started this about a year ago, and honestly don't have a whole lot to show for it. We do see the potential there though. Neither of us have been in an MSP environment before so we're starting fresh. We do realize there will be things that we have to figure out on our own, but we'd like as stable as a foundation as we can.

I'm familiar with services like CharTec, but I'm curious if there is anything else out there that would be a consulting for an MSP as a whole - from sales processes, to leverageing connectwise/labtech, to developing policies and processes to make this run smoothly. I guess what we're looking for is a smooth running MSP/someone who has worked for one that would be open to sharing how they do things - even to the extent of allowing us to job shadow different roles to see how thing should be run.

I actually don't even know if anything like this exists for what we're wanting, but I figure it can't hurt to ask.
