What's up with the South Lake Post Office? They never deliver my packages anymore.

I order stuff from amazon every once in a while using street addressing for my PO Box. The post office never gives me a notice that I have a package anymore. I have to go to the front counter and ask them for my package. It's the same conversation every time:

Me: "Can you check if you have a package for me?"

The guy says "Well... did you get a notice in your box?"

Me: "No, but the tracking says it's been here for 4 days."

He looks at me like that's impossible and I'm some kind of idiot. "Well, I'll take a look..." and he goes to the back. Comes back 30 seconds later with my package "That's weird, it was just sitting there lol."

This happens every time. Anyone else noticing this?
